MacTrack for Life uses conservative estimates to help establish a practical baseline, but accuracy is not guaranteed.

These results are approximations only and not exact measurements. The AI parser may occasionally produce inaccurate results. MacTrack for Life and its creators are not responsible for inaccuracies in data or calculations, decisions made based on app information, or any outcomes related to diet, exercise, or health choices. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MacTrack for Life's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the app shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.
MacTrack for Life is offered as a paid subscription service. Subscription fees are billed through Apple and are subject to Apple's refund and cancellation policies. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. MacTrack for Life does not process payments directly and does not issue refunds outside of Apple's standard policies.

MacTrack for Life reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. The current version and date are always shown at the top of this document.
