How does the AI food logging work?

Just type naturally in the log field — for example "6 oz chicken, 1 cup rice, steamed broccoli" — and MacTrack will automatically calculate the macros for each item.

Will my data sync across my devices?

Yes — if you have iCloud enabled on your iPhone, MacTrack for Life will automatically sync your data across all your Apple devices signed into the same iCloud account.

How do I set my macro goals?

Go to Settings and tap "Run My Goals Wizard" — it will ask a few questions about your training and goals and set personalized daily targets for you. You can also adjust them manually anytime in Settings.

How do I edit or delete a logged meal?

Press and hold any meal entry to see options including Edit Macros, Move to date, Copy to another day, and Delete. You can also swipe left to delete or swipe right to log it again.

What are Favorite Meals?

Favorites let you save meals you eat regularly — like "Post Workout Bowl" or "Morning Coffee" — and log them with a single tap from the Log tab. Tap the Favorites tab to manage them.

How does hydration tracking work?

When you log beverages like water, coffee, or tea MacTrack automatically counts them toward your daily hydration goal. You can view your hydration progress on the Today tab.
